CIAMS Welcomes its New Students

In late September, CIAMS welcomed new and returning students and faculty at the Welcome Back Party, hosted at the A.D. White House.

CIAMS' new M.A. student cohort comprises of students pursuing a variety of interests, from conservation and curation to experimental archaeology, to the impact of shifting climate patterns, to expressions of gender in the past. The new M.A. students are: David Dishman, Marissa Gershowitz, Li Hayes, Lauren Hlister, Sarah Orsinger, Daniel Osborne, Holly Sexton, and Haley Stuckey.

CIAMS' new Ph.D. cohort hails from several departments at Cornell. Its members are: Kathryn Hall (Classical Archaeology), Sully Howard (Anthropology), Andrea Mauri (Fiber Science and Apparel Design), Leyla Uğurer (History of Art), and Julio RuizDiaz (Anthropology)
